Lovely piece, in very good antique condition. Colors and scenes are bright. Lid is in perfect condition. Some evidence of staining around base (which can be cleaned), but otherwise very nice.

The body shows a castle scene withwhat I think is a mom reading in a chair and two children playing on the lawn. It's lovely!

At about 8 inches across and 6 inches tall, this little gem is the perfect 'tuck in' on a bookshelf or on a table. Just the right amount of antique age showing with some staining and a surface hairline.
