Gorgeous piece. Approx. 8 inches across and clear and bright colors and design. While unmarked, it would be reasonable to assume based on the design and the vase that this is a ‘Canova’ pattern by Thomas Mayer, c. 1828-1838. One small chip at the bottom of one handle; it's not visible.
